Motorcycle lugs during acceleration?

My R6 revs freely when I have it clutched but lugs terribly when the engine is under any type of load. Any ideas? I've replaced the fuel, all fluids, plugs, coilpacks, and even had the throttle bodies re-calibrated at the dealership, and I still have the problem.
