Red stuff tht isnt period(GIRLS ONLY)?

well, ive nvr had my period (im in 7th grade) but wenevr i use the bathroom, i see this red spot on my underwear but i noe its not period blood cuz i would hav bad cramps and theres no blood in the area itt comes out of. wat is this stuff and theres not anything rong wit my body, is there?
