I think she does. The compliment may have just thrown her off for a second. but Im glad you said it. it gives a subtle hint that you want to be more than just friends. lots a stuff like hugs, and being upset (even if she acts like shes jokin) are clues that she likes you. just make sure shes not just doing it for the attention and actually wants you the way you want her. Try giving her another compliment and you may get a different reaction instead of a shy "blush". Hope this helped and it all works out.
