I think you mean were the holding tank is connected to the bowl. There is a rubber gasket that connects the two, its not sealant. The replacements are sold everywhere. You will have to shut off the water at the valve, disconnect the water supply tube at the holding tank, flush the toilet, sop up the remaining water in the holding tank, remove the holding tank from the bowl, screws in the holding tank, bolts on the bottom. there you will find the gasket, replace it. Sounds like a lot of work, its not. No special tools required.
