Why doesn't Bruce Wayne just wear powered armor?

Like Steel or Iron Man. Or at least Make A Batman Beyond suit. He has the technology, right. It would make life so much easier. I know he's crazy, and secretly wants the Joker and all them to escape, so he has something to do, but if he were to have a powered exoskeleton he can face off against people like Metallo, Baine, and Deathstroke with ease.
