What do you think of the slogan "Think Globally; Act Locally"?

I think that that those who "act locally" are doing more than most, and I can't fault them for that. Most people do not have the means or opportunity to directly impact honor killings in the Middle East or AIDS incidence in Africa. Handing out condoms at a club in your free time is certainly more socially beneficial than doing nothing at all because you think it's not big or global enough.
