The view made a comment on the catholic church today about giving communion to perverts but not to all? WDUT?

the view show host made a comment about how catholic closed doors to a lot of people but giving communion to child molester and how catholic rules are not making any sense on national TV! clearly they dont know what they are talking about but I think they have resposibilities to the public to research or ask a catholic expert before they give out wrong information on national TV! I wonder how everyone think about this missinformation on national TV and how it can influence a lot of people in many ways?
