Stressed in planning a destination wedding?

We just got engaged two weeks ago and wanted to have a destination wedding. We figured it would be cheaper and all around more fun for both our families to have it in Riviera Maya. The problem is, I have no clue where to start. I looked around for wedding packages and looked around for airfare. Is there a better way in planning a all-inclusive wedding package (airfare, hotel, wedding, reception)? Or should I find an all-inclusive vacation and book a wedding package separately? Any help, advise, recommendation, comments are appreciated.
