Someone Help Please?? I'm planning a Family Reunion in 8/07. What do I do 1st. I don't know where to start!!

I guess something like a wedding planer would be helpful! Something to tell me what to do by when and any things to becarefull of! Also, it would really help to know about fundraising and what that's all about!
