How long does it take play-asia to get more stock in?

i placed an order on the 4th of December and the status said "preparing order".three of the games i ordered said usually ships in 1 week while one says back ordered.it has definitely been more than 1 week.What is going on with my order?Also how long will it be until it arrives at my doorstep,i picked FedEx as the shipping method so i could get it for my son before Christmas.will it still arrive before christmas?
