How do you feel taking glucosamine hcl meltdown 150mg tablets?

i take them for my feet as i had an operation i don`t know if its just me or i am tired and some times get a rush flush the pains did stop for the 2 weeks but just seems a bit niggle now how are you with your tablets or can you give me any more info on them xx
