The ending to insidious?

Ok I get the part that the woman is inside Josh and that's why he strangled the psychic but when the wife yells Josh where are you and goes right here right at the end I don't get did he get back to his body or did the wife go into the further or was it the demon lady that said right here and why was darth maul in the movie
